Are you a young artist from a NATO member country? Would you like to create a mural for the upcoming NATO Summit in The Hague, the Netherlands, in June? Submit your design for a chance to win a unique opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0first mural\u00a0was created for the 2023 Vilnius Summit in Lithuania and unveiled in January 2024.<\/p>\n
A competition was held to select the designer of the mural commemorating NATO\u2019s 75th anniversary summit in Washington, D.C. in 2024.<\/p>\n
Now, NATO is calling on young artists from across the Alliance to submit their proposals in view of the upcoming 2025 NATO Summit in The Hague. The winner will work with a local street artist to immortalise their mural on a wall in the city.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s competition theme is: \u201cMaintaining our Shared Future\u201d. Young artists are asked to submit entries in a 3D street-art style that creates an optical illusion via three-dimensional impressions on a two-dimensional horizontal surface.<\/p>\n

To be eligible to apply,\u00a0you must be a\u00a0<\/strong>citizen of a\u00a0<\/strong>NATO member country<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0under the age of 35. Only individuals may apply; team applications will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n To apply to the competition, complete the\u00a0form below<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>together with your design (in JPEG, PNG or PDF format) and a brief description.<\/p>\n Following the deadline, all submissions will be evaluated by a panel of NATO officials and Michiel Corver, Director of\u00a0The Hague Street Art<\/a>.
